WARRANTIES: LIFETIME AND LIMITED
Our LIFETIME WARRANTY/FUSION WARRANTY covers three specific events. The three events are, 1. Delamination-the board becomes unglued and separates into three different layers. 2. Heat bubbles- the outside layer of the board develops little air bubbles or air pockets, causing further damage to the board. 3. Water logging-the boards inner core, chamber or foam becomes saturated with water. Water may enter through any opening in the outside layer making the board too heavy to ride.

Everything else.
How long does the Fusion Warranty last?
It lasts as long as your ZEFR board does.
What will we do to honor the Fusion Warranty?
New board replacement.
How can you get service?
You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of sale. Please contact us through email at info@zefrboards.com. We will respond in a timely manner with instructions for a no cost solution.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
ZEFR Boards, LLC ensures that the board will be free of material defects in workmanship and materials at the time of manufacturing. This means that if your ZEFR Fusion board arrives broken in half or bent we will replace it.
What does the limited warranty NOT cover?
Everything else. The ZEFR Fusion board’s manufacturing process includes heat and high pressure giving us the rigidity needed for the boards long lifespan. This board building process allows for and may cause the outside board layer to have blemishes, small indentations or what we call scarring. None of these issues will affect the performance of the board and they are NOT included as manufacturer defects and are NOT covered under any warranty.
How long does the limited warranty last?
30 days after purchase or delivery.
What will we do to honor our limited warranty?
New board replacement.
How can the customer get service?
You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of purchase. Please contact us through email at info@zefrboards.com and we will respond in a timely manner with instructions.
**If you decide to shape the board yourself by sanding the rails or altering the boards shape, please understand that doing so will void all our warranties. Peace.
Warnings:
The ZEFR Fusion board is intended to be used only as a surfboard or body board in on shore surf conditions and not on land or snow.
The ZEFR Fusion board is NOT a flotation device and is NOT to be used or relied on as such.
The ZEFR Fusion board must be used with a ZEFR leash (to be purchased separately, unless included) at all times. Failure to do so will put the rider and others at risk of bodily injury.
The ZEFR Fusion board shall be used by only one rider at a time.
The ZEFR Fusion board is NOT fit or meant to be pulled or towed in any fashion, including behind any type of powered vehicles such as boats or jet skis.
The purchaser is warned that the use of a surfboard or bodyboard, such as the ZEFR Fusion board, presents a risk of serious bodily injury, including broken bones, head injuries, paralysis, serious injury and/or death. The ZEFR Fusion board is meant to be used only by capable swimmers comfortable in on shore surf conditions.
DISCLAIMERS:
ZEFR Boards, LLC disclaims all liability for losses and/or damages, including fees, costs and expenses, whether direct or indirect or consequential, incurred or suffered by purchaser or any third party, including but not limited to the personal injury of a purchaser or any third party as a result of the use and/or misuse of the ZEFR Fusion. board, including but not limited to the use of the board for any and all purposes other than those intended by ZEFR Boards, LLC. ZEFR Boards LLC further disclaims any and all losses and/or damages caused by a third party. The ZEFR Fusion board is made from foam and may become damaged if ridden over sharp objects. The warranty provided to the purchaser is void if the board is damaged as a result of this or any other misuse.
CLAIMS/DISPUTES:
By purchasing a ZEFR Fusion board, the purchaser agrees that any and all claims or disputes arising out of the purchase or use of the board shall be resolved by way of binding arbitration pursuant to the jurisdiction and rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association, that all such proceedings shall be instituted and resolved in the State of New Jersey, and that such arbitration proceeding shall be the exclusive mode of dispute resolution.
