What Is a More-Sustainable Surfboard?

This “Next-Generation” Foam is a great environmental alternative to laminated boards that tend to peel apart and water-log after 2 or 3 seasons.
What Makes Our Boards Unique
Several features make ZEFR FUSION Boards unique. For starters, the solid, one-piece construction makes the board almost indestructible. Other boards are susceptible to damage, but not ZEFR Fusion Boards—you can expect to get years and years out of your board. The 18-step PE foam recipe that goes into these boards allows them to be unique from one another. In addition, our team molds tentacle grip traction directly onto the deck of each board, minimizing the need for you to add trac-pads or wax.
When you’re on the water, our boards provide the peak experience. They feature a strong closed-cell foam that can be customized by sanding the rails, or sanding out dings and dents. Get creative and add fin boxes or handles. Even if a board gets damaged, it will never absorb water. The wide decks on the 48” and 54” fusion boards ensure that you’ll have a more stable ride. Plus, the one-piece mold that goes into our boards means you don’t have to worry about bubbles or delamination. We also offer a lifetime warranty for certain events.
